Full Design Process

Our design process is built to turn your ideas into practical, high-performance GRP solutions. Starting with concept development, we work with you to refine your vision, focusing on functionality, durability, and efficiency. Using advanced design software, our engineers create detailed plans, prototypes, and use finite element analysis to review and optimize each aspect of the product's design. Prototypes can be manufactured using 3d printing or cnc machining to ensure dimensional tolerance. After production we are able to provide static load testing to ensure mechanical properties are within specification.

Custom Properties

Our custom properties service allows you to tailor GRP profiles to fit the unique requirements of your project. Whether you need specific mechanical performance, fire resistance, specific finish or appearance  we work with you to design profiles that meet precise standards. With flexibility in resin, reinforcement, pigment and surface veils to name a few we can tailor our profiles to ensure that every aspect of the product aligns with your vision and functional needs, providing a perfect fit for even the most specialized applications.
